AK Astro Karmic respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email (via Google sign-in) and mobile number.
• Birth details you share: name, gender, date, time and place of birth — used to calculate your chart.
• Consultation records: call and chat times, durations, charges and AI chat messages.
• Orders and shipping address for store purchases.
• Payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details.

How we use it

• To provide consultations, AI guidance, bookings, deliveries and courses.
• To bill your wallet accurately and prevent fraud.
• To send service updates (payment received, call summaries, bookings) by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and — only if you opt in — offers.

Sharing

We share data only with the astrologer you consult, and with service providers needed to run the website (payments, hosting, audio calling, AI processing, delivery). We never sell your personal data.

Security & retention

Data is stored on secure servers with access controls. Audio calls are not recorded by us. We keep records as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or opt out of marketing, by emailing akastrokarmic1@gmail.com.
