• You must be 18 years or older. You sign in with Google and must provide a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details accurate.

Services

We provide astrology consultations with human astrologers, chart-based AI chat, pre-booked premium consultations, spiritual products and online courses. Astrology guidance is for informational and spiritual purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown per minute for calls and chat, and as fixed amounts for consultations, products and courses. Prices may be shown in your local currency; payments are settled through Razorpay.
• Calls and chat are paid from a prepaid wallet. A call ends automatically when your balance runs out.
• The free first minute of AI chat is a one-time offer per customer.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse astrologers or staff, record consultations without consent, share false information, or attempt to misuse the website, payments or free offers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AK Astro Karmic is not liable for decisions you make based on astrological guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
